It's been a minute since I made a devlog about my Easy FPS Editor sci-fi game Scarlet Harvest. And whilst I didn't intend to be away this long, having some distance from the project prompted me to rethink the entire storyline underpinning the game. In this devlog, I explain my process for writing narratives for games, delving in story structure and highlighting examples in both film and games.
